           Acquisition of Landscape Construction (Scotland) Limited            

Parkwood Holdings plc, the support service specialists, has made its first
entry into the Scottish market through the acquisition of Landscape
Construction (Scotland) Limited ("Landscape").

Landscape, which will become part of Glendale, Parkwood's "green services"
division, is based in Falkirk and operates in the `soft' landscaping sector
within the central belt of Scotland.

In the year to 31 March 2007, Landscape made a pre-tax profit of �30,000 on
sales of �680,000.

The consideration for the acquisition is payable in cash based on net assets at
the date of completion, which Parkwood estimates to be in the region of 
�70,000.

The sole director and shareholder of Landscape, Mr Steve Deas, will remain with
the company, which will form the base for the Group's move into the Scottish
market.
