This is a correction to RNS announcement 9818Q. The only change is to correct a typographical error in relation the denomination of the Ordinary Shares purchased. The fifth line has been amended to include reference to the value of Ordinary Shares in US Dollars.

Director Shareholdings - Replacement

Chennai, 27 October 2011. Photon Kathaas Productions Ltd. (AIM: PKP, "Photon Kathaas", "the Company"), the South Indian film company, was notified on 26 October 2011 that Michael Rosenberg, Chairman and non-executive director of the Company, had acquired 10,000 Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company through his personal pension fund in which he is the sole beneficiary at a price of US$0.4275 per share. The transaction took place on 26 October 2011.

Prior to the transaction Mr Rosenberg was interested in a total of 106,412 Ordinary Shares in the Company.

Following the transaction Mr Rosenberg is interested in a total of 116,412 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 0.54% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
