The Company announces the allotment of 100,000 ordinary shares of 25p each fully paid under its block listing facility. These shares were issued for cash on 5 December 2017 at the price of 1111.00p per share. The new shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company. The number of ordinary shares in issue is now 133,690,000.
