that the following Directors each purchased the following number of Ordinary
Shares in the Company today at a price of 18.25p per share:

Gordon Hall                     27,000 shares
James White                     27,000 shares


The Company also announces that it received notification today that David
Sandilands, Director, today purchased 25,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at
a price of 18.75p per share.
