The Company was informed on 27 June 2006 by J O Hambro Capital Management that
North Atlantic Value LLP (as discretionary manager for its clients) has an
interest in 1,340,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence (the "Ordinary Shares") each in
the Company.

The holding of 1,340,000 includes 402,000 Ordinary Shares in which Oryx
International Growth Fund Limited ("Oryx") is interested. Oryx is listed on the
London Stock Exchange and North Atlantic Value LLP is its discretionary
investment manager.

The interest of North Atlantic Value LLP represents 3.95 per cent. of the issued
share capital of the Company.
