                           Director's Shareholdings 
 
The Company announces that yesterday, 17 June 2010, Jeremy Lister, 
Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased a total of 160,000 ordinary 
shares in the capital of Nexus ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 0.32 pence per 
share, equivalent to 0.01 per cent. of the Company's issued voting share 
capital. 
 
Following the purchase, Mr Lister now holds a total of 2,210,000 Ordinary 
Shares, equivalent to 0.20 per cent. of the Company's issued voting share 
capital.
