                           Directors' Shareholdings 
 
The Company announces that on 14 June 2010, Roger Richardson, Chief Executive 
Officer of the Company, purchased a total of 325,000 ordinary shares in the 
capital of Nexus ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 0.3 pence per share, 
equivalent to 0.03 per cent. of the Company's issued voting share capital. 
 
In addition and on the same day, Peter Weller, Finance Director of the Company, 
purchased a total of 152,233 Ordinary Shares at a price of 0.32 pence per 
share, equivalent to 0.01 per cent. of the Company's issued voting share 
capital. 
 
Following the respective purchases, Mr Richardson now holds a total of 
42,112,149 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 3.88 per cent. of the Company's 
issued voting share capital and Mr Weller now holds a total of 1,002,715 
Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 0.09 per cent. of the Company's issued voting 
share capital.
