                                 AGM STATEMENT 
 
At the AGM to be held later today, Pete Paterson, Chairman of Nexus Management, 
will make the following statement: 
 
"Following a very difficult start to our financial year we are now seeing the 
results of the management actions taken in late 2009. We are experiencing an 
improving economic environment, especially in the US, where support for small 
businesses, such as Nexus Management, is encouraged. I am pleased to say we 
have had a number of significant business developments recently. 
 
"Resilience has received a number of important new orders - these customers 
include NASA, one of North America's largest telecommunications providers, one 
of Canada's largest retailers and a leading Caribbean banking institution. I 
believe these orders are the first signs of the Company's turnaround under new 
management and an endorsement of the demand for Resilience's leading 
applications in their particular area of network management by some of the 
world's premier companies. 
 
"Nexus Management has also signed a wholesale partnership agreement with GWI 
which is based in Maine, USA, and has been awarded a contract to supply 
outsourced IT services to Promotion Space Group in the UK. 
 
"While the Company's performance in the second quarter is showing a marked 
improvement on that achieved in the first quarter, we still face a challenging 
marketplace. 
 
"The executive and non-executive directors are all focussed on returning your 
company to profitability and we would hope that the share price performance 
will reflect this in the short to medium term."
