Further to the Issue of Equity announcement made on 25 August 2009, the Company 
confirms that it has received notification from the SF t1ps Fund that following 
Admission of the 40,000,000 new ordinary shares to be issued to it as part of 
the placing ("the Placing Shares") the Fund will hold 90,143,373 ordinary 
shares in the capital of Nexus, equivalent to 9.2 per cent. of the then issued 
voting share capital. Admission of the Placing Shares is expected to be on 28 
August 2009. 
 
In addition, following Admission, the SF t1ps Fund will also hold options over 
a further 20,000,000 shares at 1p per share exercisable at any time before 25 
February 2011.
