Non-Standard Finance plc (LSE: NSF) announces that on 15 November 2016 Charles Gregson, Non-Executive Director, purchased 9,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 56.88p per ordinary share. Mr. Gregson qualifies as a person dispensing managerial responsibility for the purposes of the Listing Rules.
