       Notice to Shareholders regarding Odd Lot Shareholdings
                                  
The  Board is aware of the difficulties faced when disposing of  "odd
lot"  shares,  (99  shares and below), through the stockbrokers.   In
order  to  alleviate  this  problem, the company  has  arranged  with
Continental  Securities Trading (Private) Limited for the settlement,
at  market  price,  for  any "odd lot" shares placed  with  them  for
disposal.   All  transaction costs pertaining to  the  sale  of  such
shares will be borne by the company.  This arrangement will last from
26 September to 30 November, 2000.
