DISCLOSURE OF NOTIFIABLE INTERESTS UNDER SECTIONS 198 - 202 COMPANIES ACT 1985



The Company was yesterday informed by Polar Communications Ltd. that, following
a purchase yesterday of 460,000 ordinary shares at 73.5p, it is now interested
directly or indirectly in 33,276,014 ordinary shares, which represents 75.14% of
the issued ordinary share capital of the Company of 44,285,714 ordinary shares
of 1.0p fully paid.



32,816,014 of these ordinary shares are held directly by Koonras B.V. BVBA, a
subsidiary of Polar Communications Ltd.
