Matrix Communications Group plc (the 'Company') has received notification that
on 3 October 2005, Mr A A Watkins, Non-Executive Chairman purchased a further
37,500 ordinary shares in the Company at 132p per share. As such Mr Watkins now
holds 156,547 ordinary shares representing approximately 0.4% of the total
issued share capital.
