Completion of Disposal

Further to the announcement made on 4 July 2016, Low & Bonar, the international performance materials group with leading positions in niche industrial markets, is pleased to announce that it has now completed the sale of its artificial grass yarns production business, for a cash consideration of EUR27.0m on a cash-free/debt-free basis to the Mattex Group. The information and consultation process with affected employees is now also complete.
