"We would like to thank Paul for
his leadership and stewardship over the last few years. It has been
a highly challenging marketplace given he succeeded as our CEO at

period. Paul has recruited some great people and brought in new product lines to help us
diversify the Group and we are grateful for that work. We
wish Paul well in his future endeavours.
The process of recruiting a successor has commenced and
further announcements will be made as appropriate. Paul will
support the Group as an employee for the next two months. Gordon
Wakeford, our Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration
Committee, will assume the Chair role of the Executive Committee in
the short term. Our three businesses each have a Managing
Director in place and with the Board's support, they will continue
to drive their individual businesses forward."
