Leisure & Gaming plc ("L&G" or "the Group"), the online betting and gaming group 
has been informed that J. Gordon Enterprises Limited and PDM Foundation no 
longer have interests of over 3% of the issued share capital in L&G. 
On 8 May 2009, La Mouette Asset Management, a French company whose registered 
office is 54 Boulevard Hugues, 13012, Marseille acquired 10,107,125 Ordinary 
shares of 5p each which represents 10.7% of the issued share capital.
