Directors' share dealings 
Leisure and Gaming Plc ("Company") was today notified that Neil Craven, a 
non-executive director, sold an aggregate 262,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence 
each in the company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 9 pence per share on 29 
and 30 April 2009. The Company has also been notified, yesterday, that Philip 
Parker, chairman of the Company, purchased 112,000 of the shares sold by Neil 
Craven. 
 
 
As a result of these dealings Neil Craven now holds 2,507,509 Ordinary Shares, 
representing 2.65 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital, and Philip 
Parker holds 404,167 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.43 per cent of the issued 
ordinary share capital.
