    Leisure & Gaming plc ('L&G' or 'the Group'), the online betting and gaming group, announces that on Thursday 13th November 2008, Neil
Craven, a non-Executive Director, sold 400,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 3p per share, reducing his holding to 3,501,509 shares, which
represents 3.72% of the Company's issued share capital.
    
These shares were bought by major shareholder Cliff D'Arcy, who now has a beneficial interest in 4,404,494 shares, which represents 4.68% of
the Company's issued share capital.
    
Neil Craven has sold L&G shares solely to improve his personal liquidity in what has been a tremendously difficult year for all investors.
Mr Craven wishes to express his complete confidence in the Group and its management.
