D'Arcy purchased 307,721 Ordinary Shares of 5p each in the Company at a price of 4.125p and now has a beneficial interest in 4,004,494
shares, which represents 4.25% of the Company's issued share capital.
    Neil Craven, a non-Executive Director sold 307,721 Ordinary Shares at a share price of 4.125p per share, reducing his holding to
3,901,509 shares, which represents 4.15% of the Company's issued share capital.
