Leisure & Gaming plc announces that it has terminated takeover discussions with
CGTV Games Limited with immediate effect.

The Board of Leisure & Gaming has been approached by other parties and is now
considering these alternative proposals. Leisure & Gaming is not currently in
discussions with any other party relating to a takeover of the Company.

A further announcement will be made as and when appropriate.
