December 2, 2008, Hod Hasharon, Israel - Leadcom Integrated Solutions Ltd. ('Leadcom' or 'the Company'), (AIM:
LEAD), was notified today that Midroog, an affiliate of Moody's Investor Service, has downgraded Leadcom's debentures
from an 'A3' rating with a negative horizon to a 'Baa2' rating with a stable horizon. The downgrading of the debentures
causes a 0.5% increase, on an annual basis, in the debentures interest.
