KBC Advanced Technologies plc

Pursuant to the above-named Company's Executive Share
Option Scheme, application has been made to the London
Stock Exchange for a blocklisting of 700,000 Ordinary
Shares of 2.5p each to be admitted to the Official List
upon exercise of options.  The Shares shall rank pari passu
with the existing issued shares of the Company.

Announcements Office of the London Stock Exchange for the
period of 2 business days from the date hereof and from The
Registered Office of the Company for the period of 14 days
