JD Wetherspoon plc (the "Company") was notified on 01 April 2019
that John Hutson, Chief Executive Officer, and his spouse, Susan
Hutson carried out the following transactions on 01 April 2019:
-- John Hutson transferred a total of 5,000 Ordinary Shares of 2
pence each in the Company ("Shares") for nil consideration to his
spouse, Susan Hutson
-- John Hutson sold 2,500 Shares at a price of 1305p per Share
-- Susan Hutson sold 2,500 Shares at a price of 1305p per Share
