All we want as shareholders is some level of transparency and accountability. The fact that this has been allowed to go to EM where many of us cannot buy or sell the stock is unacceptable. The company is still running operationally. Kearney is still throwing cash at it to keep it afloat. What is the end game? Timeline? etc.? Just a response (even if no news but tell us that) is all we want...and to also get it the hell off of EM. I have a significant investment here as well (7 figure plus share wise). We have a product. the PEA has been done. Roads have been cut. What is going on? I'm hoping we get some sort of news in the new year.

They sure did a nice pump job on the potential of the Houston Project. PEA revealed huge financial benefits, yet with him as CEO, this project remains dormant and without a offtake partner agreement. That’s incompetence being it’s been 3 years now since that announcement!!!!! Shame on Kearney & his mgmt team

I want Kearney to appoint me to the Board so I can get paid out of his pocket for doing nothing. At this point, I just want my money back.

Looks like their CFO of the past 12 years resigned in August, this was in their recent filings. He was a Harvard grad and I would assume a sharp guy. Hope his replacement can broker a deal to get Houston in motion.
