purchase of 300,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") on 18
October 2005, JOHCM OEIC Managers LLP now hold 4,065,000 Ordinary Shares in the
Company, which represents approximately 7.39 per cent. of the Company's issued
capital.
