Inspicio plc (the "Company")



The Company received notification on 14 October 2005 that, following the recent
placing, Sun Life Assurance Company of Canada (UK) Ltd ("Sun Life Assurance")
now holds 1,726,744 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the
Company which represents approximately 3.14 per cent. of the Company's issued
capital.

Credit Suisse Asset Management Ltd is making this disclosure on behalf of Sun
Life Assurance to whom they act as discretionary investment manager. The
