    Following the acquisition of Virotec Int. PLC by Hydrodec Group PLC, Archand Sarl would like to inform you that it has exchanged its
holding in Virotec (3,000,000 shares ) into 800,000 shares of Hydrodec.
    As a result, Archand Sarl holds now in total 7,850,000 shares Hydrodec (as per 24/06/08) which represents 2.92% of the total number of
shares outstanding.
