The Game Group Employees' Share Ownership Plan Trust ("The Trust") 
 
The Company announces today that, on 21 July 2009, the trustees of The Trust 
acquired 800,000 Ordinary Shares of 5p at an average price of 155.69p per share 
representing 0.23% of the current issued share capital. The shares acquired will 
contribute towards satisfying any future allocations that may be made under The 
Game Group plc Performance Share Plan and the Game Group plc Deferred Bonus 
Scheme. This transaction was notified to the Company on 22 July 2009. The total 
holding of The Trust following this transaction is 2,269,260 ordinary shares 
being 0.65% of the issued share capital.
