Transaction in Own Shares

Gatekeeper Systems, Inc. announces that it has purchased for
cancellation 25,000 of its ordinary shares at a price of 51 pence per
ordinary share.

Following the above purchase the total number of ordinary shares in
issue and the total voting rights in the Company is 44,443,333.  The
Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury.

The above figure of 44,443,333 ordinary shares may be used by
shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by
which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest
in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company
under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
