                        APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY

The Future Network plc, the international specialist consumer magazine
publisher, announces today the appointment of Mark Millar as Company Secretary
with immediate effect.

Mr Millar (32) is a solicitor who joins from one of the leading international
law firms, Allen & Overy.  He has a wide range of UK and international
commercial and corporate finance experience, gained over a ten-year legal career
in the City.

Mr Millar will be based at the Company's registered office in Bath.
