FBD Holdings plc announces that Mr. Joe Healy, independent
non-executive Director, will not be putting himself forward for
re-election at the 2020 Annual General Meeting to take place on 8
May 2020. As a result he will retire as a non-executive Director at
the conclusion of the 2020 Annual General Meeting. Mr. Healy is the
immediate past president of the Irish Farmers' Association, his
term of office having ended in January 2020.
