             eq Group plc: Board and Senior Management Appointments

eq Group plc ("eq" or "the Company"), the AIMlisted marketing services company,
announces the appointments of John Humpish, as a Non-executive Director, and
Stephen Towne as Finance and Operations director. Brian Heather remains Group
Finance Director. At the same time, Dylan Wilk is stepping down as a
Non-executive director, having been at eq since its flotation in 2000.

Mr Humpish, aged 38, has a strong background in corporate marketing. His
previous positions include Global Head of Marketing at Deutsche Asset Management
until 2002 and Global Head of Marketing for AXA Investment Managers until 1999.
Prior to this he worked for Robert Fleming and Masterfoods. John is currently
operating as an independent marketing consultant in the telecommunications,
professional services and advertising sectors.

Mr. Towne, an ACA aged 40, was previously Director of Audit Services at MyTravel
/Airtours where he worked for eight years. He qualified as a chartered
accountant at Coopers & Lybrand after graduating from the University of York
with a degree in Chemistry.

strengthen our management team and will provide the platform to continue growing
the group organically and through acquisition. Both John and Stephen have
relevant backgrounds in industries in which eq operates and have worked in large
companies relevant to our client base and activities. I would like to thank
