              TESCO INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS AUDIT ("PEOPLE PLAN")



eq Group plc ("eq" or "the Company"), the AIM listed marketing services company,
announces that its Buckingham Research subsidiary ("Buckingham"), has
successfully completed a project on behalf of Tesco Plc to analyse staff survey
data.


The research forms part of Tesco's "People Plan" which is an on-going human
resource programme that aims to identify the strongest drivers of employee
loyalty amongst its 221,000 strong workforce, thus illustrating the key factors
impacting on business performance at individual store level.
