                       Change in substantial shareholding

The Company today announces that Gartland Whalley and Barker plc ("GWB") has
purchased 70,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 85 pence per share.

•        Price, amount and class of shares concerned: 85p; 70,000; 10p ordinary
         shares
•        Nature of transaction: Purchase

As a result of this purchase, GWB is interested in 3,990,983 ordinary shares in
e-quisitor plc , being 68.26% of the issued share capital.

As a result of this purchase, Mr Anthony Gartland (who controls GWB by virtue of
his having a 58.98% interest in GWB is interested in 3,998,109 ordinary shares
in e-quisitor plc , being 68.38% of the issued share capital.
