Change in substantial shareholding


The Company today announces that Gartland Whalley and Barker plc ("GWB") has
purchased 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 110 pence per share.

As a result of this purchase, GWB is interested in 4,061,883 ordinary shares in
the company, being 56.01% of the issue share capital.

As a result of this purchase, Mr Tony Gartland (who controls GWB by virtue of
his having a 58.98% interest in GWB) is interested in 4,070,009 ordinary shares
in the company, being 56.12% of the issued share capital.
