Dividend declaration

The Company announces that an interim dividend of 16p per E Share will be paid on 30 December 2014 to all holders of E Shares who are on the Company's register of members as at close of business on 19 December 2014. The ex-dividend date is 18 December 2014.

This payment will bring cumulative dividends per E Share paid by the Company to 44p.
