Transaction in own Shares

The Company announces that on 6 December 2012 it purchased 200,000 I Shares for cancellation. The price paid was 100.00 pence per I Share.

Following the cancellation of these shares, the Company's issued share capital now comprises 9,393,438 C Shares, 19,172,500 D Shares, 9,801,952 E Shares, 29,379,532 F Shares, 24,056,803 G Shares, 2,239,100 H Shares and 15,766,414 I Shares. Each C, D, E, F, G, H and I Share carries the right to one vote at a general meeting of the Company and, therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is now 109,809,739.
