Transaction in own Shares

The Company announces that on 5 April 2012 it purchased 50,750 'C' shares for cancellation. The price paid was 66.25 pence per 'C' share.

Following the cancellation of these shares, the Company's issued share capital now comprises 13,243,947 C Shares, 19,228,838 D Shares, 9,813,732 E Shares, 29,411,437 F Shares, 24,153,303 G Shares, 1,590,896 H Shares and 11,272,898 I Shares. Each C, D, E, F, G, H and I Share carries the right to one vote at a general meeting of the Company and, therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is now108,715,051.
