Offer for up to 10,000,000 I Shares of 10 pence each ("I Share Offer")

The Board of the Company is pleased to announce that the closing time and date for the early application incentive for the I Share Offer is extended from the previous time and date of 5.00pm on 29 February 2012.

A successful applicant whose application for I Shares is received by 5.00pm on Friday 9 March 2012 will receive a further 10 I Shares for every 1,000 I Shares subscribed for.

Additionally, a successful applicant who was, or whose spouse or civil partner was, a shareholder in the Company as at 24 November 2011, and whose application for I Shares is received by 5.00pm on Friday 9 March 2012, will receive a further 20 I Shares for every 1,000 I Shares subscribed for.
