                    Buy Back of Own Shares for Cancellation

The Company announces that on 20 March 2008, pursuant to the authority granted
by shareholders in the annual general meeting, it purchased 213,000 of its own
voting ordinary shares of 10p nominal value each ("Ordinary Shares") for
cancellation. The Ordinary Shares were purchased at 210p each. The total number
of Ordinary Shares now in issue and therefore the total number of voting rights
is 3,309,200.
