            Cancellation of Treasury Shares and Total Voting Rights


The Company announces that it has cancelled 36,000 shares held in treasury.  
The Company's issued share capital is now 3,534,700 Ordinary Shares of 10p each 
and 6,281,198 'A' Non Voting Ordinary Shares of 10p each. No shares are now 
held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 
3,534,700.
