                    Result of Extraordinary General Meeting

At the Company's EGM held earlier today, Shareholders passed all resolutions
relating to the acquisition of Traffic Management Products Limited and the
cancellation of the Listing of the Company's issued share capital on the
Official List. Accordingly, the Company has applied for such cancellation which
is expected to become effective at 8.00am on 22 February 2006.

Application will be made to AIM for the issued Ordinary and A Ordinary Non
Voting Shares of 10p each in the Company to be admitted to trading on AIM and
admission is expected to be effective at 8.00 am on 22 February 2006.
