Total Voting Rights

Further to the announcement of 7 November 2013 where the Company announced that in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Redemption Offer tenders for 28,645,797 Shares (representing 30% of the Shares in issue at the Record Date) had been accepted by the Company, these Shares have now been cancelled.

Therefore as at 2 December 2013, the Company's issued share capital (excluding shares held in treasury) consists of 66,840,299 GBP Shares.

Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 66,840,299. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
