At  today's  Annual  General  Meeting,  the  Chairman,  Alex
Hammond Chambers, announced that sales for the period to mid-
March  reached #5.3 million, an increase of over 60% against
last  year.    He  furthermore reported that the  Group  had
achieved an 18.8% increase in sales on a like-for-like basis
for the same period.

He  added that the recently announced acquisition of Findlay
Clark  broadened  the  Group's  coverage  in  Scotland   and
enhanced  the  prospects  of further  growth  in  sales  and
profitability now and in the future.
