             Deltron Electronics plc ("Deltron" or the "Company")


The Company has been informed that Sir Ivor Cohen has today purchased 25,000
shares in the capital of the Company (representing 0.1 per cent. of the issued
share capital) at a price of 72.5p. Following this purchase, Sir Ivor Cohen's
total holding is now 100,000 shares, representing 0.36 per cent. of Deltron's
share capital.
