Directors' dealings

The Company has received notice today that Lynda Sherratt, a director of Crawshaw Group plc transferred 119,148 ordinary 5p shares in the Company to her SIPP on 26(th) November 2014.

Accordingly, Lynda remains the beneficial holder of these shares and therefore continues to hold 1,270,000 Ordinary Shares representing 1.6% of the issued share capital of the Company.
