Application for Block Listing

Crawshaw today announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange plc for the admission to trading on AIM of a block listing of 823,528 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

These Ordinary Shares are being reserved under a block listing to be issued as a result of the exercise of share options pursuant to the Company's EMI Scheme effective from 10(th) April 2008.

It is expected that admission of these Ordinary Shares will become effective at 8.00 am on 18 November 2014. These Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares in issue. Following admission Crawshaw's total issued share capital will be 79,642,323 ordinary shares. No shares are held in treasury.
