Interim Dividend declared

Further to the Company's announcement on 12 February 2014 to pay regular cash distributions in the form of quarterly dividend payments of 1.0p per Sterling Ordinary Share, the Company announces it has declared an interim dividend of 1.0p per Sterling Ordinary Share in respect of the quarter ending 31 March 2014.

The dividend will be payable on 30 July 2014 to shareholders of record 4 July 2014. The corresponding ex-dividend date will be 2 July 2014.
