Continuation Votes

The Company's rolling 12 month discount floor provision has been triggered for the Company's US Dollar Ordinary Shares and Sterling Ordinary Shares. This requires, in accordance with the Company's Articles of Incorporation, continuation votes to be proposed by way of ordinary resolution. The Articles further provide that the Board must put forward such continuation votes within four months of the discount floor provision being triggered but not within 12 months of any prior continuation votes. A further announcement will be made in due course as to the date of the meeting where such continuation votes will be held (which will likely be the Company's AGM which is currently expected to be in March 2014).
