                           CMG PLC DISPOSES OF DANISH OPERATION

CMG plc announced today the disposal of its Danish ICT services business to 
ECSoft Group plc for a consideration of DKK 14.93 million (£1.225 million).

CMG Denmark contributed a turnover of £4.8 million to CMG's business in 2001, 
with an operating loss of £0.6 million.
